Silicon nitride(Si3N4) ceramic bearing:
Silicon nitride(Si3N4) ceramic bearing with diamagnetic electrically insulating,wear resistance and corrosion resistance,self-lubricating oil free,high temperature resistance,alpine characteristics.Comparision of zirconia (ZrO2) material can be applied to high speed and capacity,applicable to the more servere working conditions and higher ambient temperature,long-term use of temperature at 100 degrees to 800 degrees between the generated due to the range of temperature expansion.at the same time can provide for high speed and high accurancy and high rigidity of spindle of precision ceramic bearing,high manufacturing accurancy of P4 to up grade. Silicon nitride ceramic bearing rings and rolling body adopts the silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramic materials,the retainer using polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) as standard equipment in general can also use GRPA66-25,PEEK,PI,and phenolic cloth Bakelite Tube etc.

Compare to ordinary stainless steel or chrome steel bearings ,hybrid ceramic bearing’s speed can be increased to 1.5 times,service life increased to 2 to 3 times,can adapt to higher service temperature.
